The Beagles' core repertoire is classic rock from the '60s and '70s and their distinctive sound is the product of vocal harmonies and developed instrumental arrangements. In their original line-up the Beagles first played together as a Weekend Warriors band in April 2008, and three months later they were runners up in the Weekend Warriors Battle of the Bands at the Electric Theatre in Guildford. Since then they've been playing at pubs, clubs and private parties in Surrey and Hampshire, and they were the closing act at Petersfield Christmas Festival in December 2009.
